RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

No return policy for food

The products offered by AnniCla are food products.
Under European and Belgian law, the right of withdrawal is excluded for goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health.

In concrete terms this means:

  • ❌ no returns possible

  • ❌ no refund after delivery

  • ❌ not even in unopened or sealed packaging

In case of damage or errors upon delivery, the customer must report this within 24 hours, with clear photos.
