GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – AnniCla

Article 1 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer, order and agreement concluded through the AnniCla webshop.

Article 2 – Offer and products
AnniCla offers food products (including sweets and cookies).
Product descriptions and images are displayed as accurately as possible. Minor deviations do not entitle you to compensation or cancellation.

Article 3 – Prices
All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed before completing the order.

Article 4 – Order and payment
An order is final after successful payment.
AnniCla reserves the right to refuse an order if it suspects misuse or fraud.

Article 5 – Delivery
Delivery will be made via an external carrier to the address specified by the customer.
AnniCla is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Article 6 – Inspection upon delivery & transport damage
The customer must check the package for visible damage immediately upon receipt .

Any damage or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by email, accompanied by clear photos of:

  • the outer packaging

  • the inner packaging

  • the damaged product

Late notifications cannot be processed.

Article 7 – No right of withdrawal / no returns
Given that the products are foodstuffs, the right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with Article VI.53 of the Code of Economic Law.
For reasons of hygiene, food safety and shelf life, delivered products will not be taken back or refunded , even if the packaging is unopened.

Article 8 – Liability
AnniCla is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the products or by circumstances beyond its control.
In the event of demonstrable errors or damage by AnniCla, an appropriate solution will be offered.

Article 9 – Applicable law
Belgian law applies to all agreements.
Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
